REFUND POLICY

Due to covid-19 we don't accept any return items. Incase items are damage or broken please send us pictures with details and will send a replacement with no additional fee. Make sure you buy the right item as we don't cover a shipping cost for replacement item. All items are in final sale. To start a return or replacement, you can contact us at info@Sprychic.com and details your concern/issue we will responds within the day or less than 24hrs. If reason is accepted we’ll send replacement PLUS shipping cost. Again, all items are in final sale and we don't accept returns due to COVID-19. Incase there's an issue of the item purchased please send us email.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take action. 

Promotion refund/Shipping cost 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards but we can replace the item plus shipping cost. (Buyer will pay shipping cost for any promotion)
